KRIPTECH SYSTEMS ENGINEERING PVT LTD (KSEPL) WAS FOUNDED IN YEAR 2018 IN ORDER TO PROVIDE WORLD CLASS SYSTEMS ENGINEERING, MAKE APPLICATION OF SMART TECHNOLOGIES, PROVIDE KNOWLEDGE BASED BUSINESS SUPPORT AND CONDUCT APPLICATION RESEARCH IN NICHE AREAS. FOUNDER DIRECTOR MR RAJ KUMAR PANDEY HAD MISSION / VISION TO CREATE STRONG COMPETENCY BASE ORGANISATION WHICH CAN REALISE HIS DREAM OF “INNOVATING TO EMPOWER”; TRUE EMPOWERMENT TO SOCIETY AND PROFESSIONALS. INITIAL THEME WAS TO START WITH SEGMENTS LIKE OFF-ROAD, ENVIRONMENTAL AND SECURITY TECHNOLOGIES, BUT IDEA WAS NOT TO RESTRICT TO THESE SEGMENTS BUT EVOLVE AS WE MAKE PROGRESS, THE TRUE AGENDA TO SUPPORT THE FOUNDER DIRECTOR’S VISION AND EMPOWER THE PROFESSIONAL WORLD.

Raj Kumar Pandey

Director – Technical and Operations

Last Position as Vice President in one of the leading Defence & Automotive Company. Postgraduate in Engineering from IIT Kharagpur.
Have been trained to handle technical evaluations by Indian Ministry of Defence, Defence Research & development Organization and Ministry of Home Affairs.
Established and Managed Manufacturing operation fully equipped to handle Mechatronics, Heavy Fabrication, Driveline Integration, Vehicle Assembly & Integration shop, Painting Shop and Special cell to deal with electrical etc. The Plant as of now manufactures & supply RCWS, Armored, mine resistance and special vehicles to various domestic and Global end user. Working on similar capabilities.

Rakesh Dikshit

Director- Marketing

With over 40 years’ experience in marketing , have been well exposed to automobile industry and business environment across the country. Last Position as Head of Sales and Marketing, Shock Absorber Division , Escorts/ Badve Engineering Ltd from 2015-2017.
As Executive Director with Kafila Group of Industries handled OEMs, aftermarket and exports. Achievements include breakthroughs with Tata Motors , Mahindra and Mahindra, Escorts Ltd., Eicher –Tafe, Eicher Motors ,Avtec Ltd., Swaraj Engines and Case New Holland

Kuldeep Singh Babra

Director Operations and Manufacturing Engineering

Graduate in Mechanical Engineering ( Hons) from Thapar Engineering College in 1972 . Very Versatile and diversified experience of 45 years in engineering industry such as Aerospace, Automotive and Defence.
Last Position as Vice President in leading Defence Land system company before retiring. Successfully developed Mine protected vehicle 6X6 along with BAE OMC and created fabrication and main line assembly production facility.
Worked for Companies like HAL ( 1973 – 1977), Escorts (ford) (1977 – 79), Punjab Tractors ( 1979-1999). Have been responsible for Precision Manufacturing , Machining, Fabrication, Component Development and Quality & reliability.

Our Founder Director has very rich experience of Heading various R&D organisation for off-road mobility, Commercial mobility & Defence Technology based companies. In his tenure he has successfully created many products which are in service today and well appreciated by customers. He has been instrumental in Digitising design process and bringing in Virtual testing / CAE methods to shorten the design & development process.
